Active chat windown is visible to agent in workspace.

Hi,

when the agent in the agent workspace accept the chat queue from the inbox, the active chat window is prompted for few seconds and then it disappears.

How can we fix this issue?

Hi @Jens5 this behavior occurs because you are at the same time an live agent AND the chat user.

Try to logged using another browser and impersonate other agent to answer the chat.
