Add a Custom Visualization in landing page of SOW

Hi All,

Can anybody provide inputs on how to add a new visualization / Widget on the Landing Page of SOW under "Your Work". Currently few visualizations like "Incidents assigned to you" , "Incident SLA's" are available OOTB. Is there a way a create a new one and add it over here to the existing ones?
