Situation:
I have created Customer Satisfaction Surveys, One for Incident & one for request. For each response record (AINST) I would like to enable additional workflow steps, add fields, and flows.
I've tried to add a 'Follow Up' section and 'Exclude this Survey' (see below) & a Journal Field called Action Taken / Rationale. But the form seems to be in read only mode!! I cannot check / uncheck the field
Question:
Has anyone else been able to add workflow to Surveys and will in to share how they managed that?
