After posting the worknotes they are still on the worknotes field Custom Declarative action

Hello All,
I have created one delarative action called Resume and when we click on it it should open a popup with worknotes field as mandatory field.

everything is working fine all the things.
One glitch here when i cliekd on resume and provided worknotes it updates the worknotes but the worknotes field still contains the old value what we have provided.

The config i have done by looking at the resolve declarative action on the incident field.

Now if you see the third image the worknote what i have provided it is already posted but the worknotes field still contains the value "Testing Worknotes-from popup". As worknote is already posted it should not be here again.
Why this is happening and what i should do to fix the issue?

how did you replicate it?

There must be some config or may be your browser is saving that input box

Did you try in incognito window?

Yes i  have created a declarative action and a view added those two fileds on the view and in the action payload called this view.
also have done ux add on mapping then it was configured and it worked Yes in Incognito mode also this is happening.
