Hi,
After running the ATF in Vancouver release i am getting Screenshots as Black screen can't see the screenshots, this problem is only for one of my ATF. remaining ATF's are working fine and i can see the screenshots. any reason for the same.
Please help me out and please find the below screenshot for the same.

We were experiencing blank ATF screenshots on our Rome instance.
We had recently set the property for full screenshots, and it worked on some of our ATF tests, but on some we were seeing a black screen or a black screen with an empty white box in the middle. I saw this post, but there was no resolution. I found a support article that appears to have resolved the issue in our instance - KB1002214 , KB0963743 .
I set the property for sn_atf.screenshots.use_glide_screenshot to true per the related KB, and it resolved the issue for us.

If yes, try with different browser.
Is it happening with any specific step?
