Agent Assist shows - 'Invalid Configuration' Table configuration is inactive.

Hi All,

We are having issue with Agent Assist where it shows as -  'Invalid Configuration' Table configuration is inactive

I have checked and the table configuration for Incident is active.

We have confirmed that correct sys_id is provided as value to CxTableConfig attribute in action assignment

We also have correct search field configured - Short Description

We have installed Explicit Role (com.glide.explicit_roles) , still we are having the issue.

Any suggestions on how can we fix this?

This is an issue caused by ACL, which ServiceNow rectified from Quebec onwards.
