Agent Workspace: Activity Stream panel missing on single incident?

We're testing Agent Workspace, mostly OOTB, and it was noted that a single incident seems to have neither the activity stream pane, nor the options to toggle between displaying form in full screen, form and activity, or activity in full screen. It just shows the form in full screen with no options. This also means the history of comments isn't visible in Agent Workspace.
I'm unable to explain or resolve this behavior. Any ideas?
Seemingly every other ticket, with the "normal" view:
This one incident, form only, no activity, no view options:

As per community thread, such issue may occur if user, who added a note, has name that starts with ". "
It may be related indeed; however to be sure I would suggest opening Hi ticket and ask ServiceNow.
