you will have to configure agent workspace from user menu like below

Thank you for the reply, I cant see the configure page Menu.Do I have to have a specific role?

Hi Emy,

You could also use the form layout, and change the Workspace view by removing the activities (filtered) from the form which should hide/remove this section in Agent Workspace.
