Agility in ITSM Change Management

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some best practice to introduce agility in our change management process. Need to understand how changes can be logged for:

1. Software vendor initiated changes that we have no control on

2. Partner / Supplier initiated change that we need visibility of

3. Internal Platform changes requiring to release quickly without the need to go to CAB
