All records from table not showing on reference field

I have a reference field on a catalog item that is referencing a table with 18,000 records.  User are reporting that all records are not appearing.  Is there a cut off to the amount of records that will appear?  If so is there a system property that I will need to adjust?

Below are the few things you can verify

  • Check if there are any conditions applied on the variable.
  • Check if there are any read ACL's that is restricting the records.
  • Check if there are any query business rules written on that table that is restricting the read access.

Hi,

Possible things to check

1) Any query business rule is restricting the records

2) Any table level READ ACL is restricting the records

3) Any reference qualifier applied on that variable which is restricting the records
