App installation failure

Hi everyone!
I'm troubleshooting the issue with the plugin installation. It shows the message "Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running" and I tried a lot of suggestions on previously related posts but nothing helped.
Please help and support with your thoughts.

Hi @Aman Sharma2 ,
seems like you have initiated another installation, and trying to initiate a new installation before the previous was completed. Please wait some time and then try once again. If it’s not working, you can also try to refresh your instance through developer site.

Hi @Aman Sharma2 ,
Can you please check "Progress Worker".
You will be able to find what is running.
And then probably need to stop or pause it.
Simply changing the state of the Progress Worker state wouldn't help. Progress Worker is just a log.

I have gone through progress worker and all recent records were complete.
