Hi Team,
I want to restrict the external emails entering in the email client form, the email which are not present in the user table.
Only users who are present in the user table ,their email should be allowed .
Thanks,
Karan

Hi Karan
have you tried creating 'sys_recipient_qualifier' (email Client > email client recipient qualifier )and define it for active users in servicenow from sys_user table?
and then use this Recipient Qualifier in 'sys_email_client_configuration' (email client > email client configuration) and locate your email client for table (sn_customerservice_case) and if you want to apply for all the tables then select the default one ? which will just allow users from sys_user table to be added as recipient and you will also get more control on filtering.

Do you mind sharing the screenshots of the same to help you better.
Also I hope you have removed this external email address from template which is getting used for this email client, just to avoid the confusion.
