Hello,
My name is dialy gningue,i hope you will find a solution to my problem.
we’re working on sub-prod instances (dev and QA) and we are currently working on change management application, and for some reasons that are still unknown, on changes approvals on approvers section, it display : « No Longer Required » next to each approvals. approval should be required any time. We’re using a approval coordinator activitie in the workflow to manage all approvals.You can see the Screenshot for a better understanding. do you have any idea how we could solve this ? Tkanks

hi every one,
i found my issue, it was a BR that changed the value of the state field of approvals to false, it was based on several condition and unfortunately approvals for approval coordinator activities were part of.
