Hello everyone,
As an approver, I want my submitter to be able to update the form he submitted with notes I provide.
The notes aren't necessary, but would be nice.
I thought I would use the "Rollback to" workflow, however, I am not sure how or if this would work.
Expanded use case:
Only Fulfillers can submit this form, if the manager rejects it, I want the fulfiller (who is really the submitter) to be able to edit it and resubmit the form again for approval.
Thank you in advance.

@Nicholas Hromya , here is the Implementation Plan , I have tried in PDI and this Executed Well
1. Create Custom Field Called Approval Status with Choice Type and Include Options as Changes Required & Changes Done
2. We Will update the Approval Status to Changes Required if it is Rejected via Workflow and then Requester Makes changes to the Variable and Moves the Approval Status to Changes Done to Re generate the Approval to Manager
3. if this for Particular Item , design UI policy and show this custom field only when particular item is Selected
Workflow Design :
1. Approval goes to Requested for Manager
2. I have used Set Values and using Condition I have updated the Approval Status to Changes Required when its Rejected
3.Sending Notification to Requested For to update the Details
4.Added Wait for Condition to wait until Status Turns into Changes Done
5. It Re generates Approval to Manager again for Approval
6. If it is Approved - Proceed with your Current workflow connections
Let me know if you need any more help in this Implementation

Hello @AshishKM
I re-read your reply. Yes, I get it now, I don't need a task, but to have an email go to the submitter to re-write the variables in the RITM.
Thank you.
I will try that.

Hello @AshishKM
How can I set the workflow to "wait" on the RITM after the submitter gets a notification to redo it?
In other words, what should be in the workflow and what should the submitter/fulfiller set the RITM so it goes back to the approver?
I hope that makes sense.

Hello @AshishKM
What do I have the submitter/fulfiller do to the RITM so the workflow will pause before it goes straight to another approval workflow?
Do I set the stage to fulfiller? Then have the fulfiller set it to Request approval?
Thanks
Nick
