Assignment Group missing in RITM- behind working is Flow

I have built one catalog item where there is a group approval. When it gets triggered its not showing the Assignment group name in RITM. Behind working is a flow. All users must approve.

I checked another catalog where Assignment group is showing, in its flow ‘- Service Catalog’ is appended after the group name. I looked around a lot in my Flow but couldn’t find any way from where I can make this happen. It’s my guess that this might be causing the issue.

Hi, Can you check the assignment group is active? or you have configued correct name ie., no space or duplicate group name has configured with the same name?

Hi Ersureshbe,

 

Well every thing is just correct. It was a silly mistake I made, I never gave any value to the RITM Assignment group. That's the reason it was not populating down in the approval section.
