Hello All,
We are creating an .eml file from inbound email and attaching it to a newly created incident. But when inbound email have any attachments or images in body,
1. attached .eml files not showing up the images in body correctly,
2. also we are not getting how to add an attachment in .eml file.
Below is the script we are referring for the same...
And this is how we are getting an attached .eml file:
And if we try to download that image, it gives below error message:
Anyone have any solution for this issue???
