Attached Workflow is missing on existing RITMs(RITM created before San Diego) after upgrading instance to San Diego

When we tried to access the show workflow and workflow context related links in RITM form, they are showing as workflow record missing and the workflow context is not available for this item. This is happening only to the RITMs which are raised before San Diego upgrade. New RITMs are working as is. Does any body help on this?

Hi @Mahesh Kumar

I believe you would have cloned your instance before upgrade. Are you sure the workflows were there after cloning but before the upgrade?

Normally workflow contexts are not copied over to the clone target instance. If you navigate to System Clone > Exclude Tables, you will find a number of tables with wf_ prefix there.

Feel free to mark correct, if your issue has been resolved, so it ends up in solved queue.

Will be helpful for others looking for the similar query.

Hello,

Raise a HI ticket for this with Servicenow support team, Generally this happens when you clone prod to lower instance and then do upgrade but just because of upgrade this should not break.

Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps
