Attachment is missing in Email.

I have created a record procedure and added field called attachment and it is mandatory. while submitted the form I am adding attachment and submitted the form but in email notification the attachment is missing.
I selected check box as true as well i:e included attachment.
Notification condition is used when record is inserted  only and whom to send " customer note watch list " members. 
Kindly please help me it's very urgent.

Any update on the issue? You do understand that all of us are responding on the community voluntarily and for free? If you want a dedicated resource, hire someone. Since I'm a freelancer, you can hire me ðŸ¤£ I don't have an assignment this Friday, so you can try.

Could you please help me some one on this issue please!
I want to display the attachment in the target table at the top of the screen when we submit the record procedure with attachment document in the attachment variable field. but the file is showing in the activities, not at the top of the target table.
