Hi
The activity stream work in different ways in different instances.. and I can't figure out why.
When I upload an attachment to an incident in one instance just by moving it to the incident, its uoloads correctly, and can be accessed the normal way in the top of the case and it can also be downloadet again just my clicking the name..:
In other instances the name is not clickable....
It doesn't matter if its in UI15 or UI16 (in UI16 you dont have this activity stream in the right side, but are pointed to the first activity)..
Why? Is there at system property ?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Chuck, Søren
There is a Problem (PRB669597) for this. Clicking the attachment in the stream seems to have worked at some point in Geneva. The history of the Problem indicates this is fixed in Istanbul. I will try to get hold of an Istanbul demo and verify this.
Regards
Shahid
EDIT: Managed to get hold of an Istanbul demo and the attachment (in this case a text file) is clickable in the activity stream.

Are these instances on the same version of ServiceNow? There has to be some other difference in the instance configuration (e.g. roles, ACLs) or the user (roles?). The key is finding the differences.

You can try this with a personal developer instance from https://developer.servicenow.com and use it as a sandbox. You can request an instance in F/G/H/I releases if memory serves.
