Hi Team,
I have a requirement where, on the 1st of every month, I need to update the owner name in a custom table. The user will send an Excel sheet via email, which I will receive in ServiceNow through an inbound email action. I have already prepared a staging table where the Excel data will be stored, and then it will update the target custom table.
Could anyone provide me with the script that I need to write in the inbound email action to automate this process?
Thanks and Regards,
Chandan
