Away status in Service Operations Workspace

Hello,

 

for a specific reason i need to deactivate the "Away" status in SOW so that agent will be always shown as either available or offline.

Is there any way to deactivate the state or to work on inactivity rules in order to trigger the away status only, maybe, after 24h of inactivity?

 

If i read correctly there should be a rule that set agent away if he/she doesn't pick up the conversation. Do you know how to deactivate this rule as well?

Hi,

Yes you can disable the away state by navigating as follows:

1. Go to Advanced Work Assignment>Presence States

2. And update the Active from 'true' to 'false'. It will disable the option
