Has anyone recently implemented Badge Reader Integration- Walk-up Experience?
1 .Would like to know if OOB works or requires lot of customization?
2. The support of the USB reader is only the one that is mentioned in the document right? Which states that it should be installed on Linux or MacOS only.
3. Also i would like to understand, the Badge Reader integration is helpful when the queue is kept enabled, right?
Does it help when only appointment scheduling is being used?
4. The USB reader will have to be kept connected to the system all time? What if that system has a problem, in that case, what should be done?
