Walkup scheduling only displaying times during users timezone and availability

I have been setting up the walkup experience and when going to schedule an appointment, it will not display any open times if it is out of the hours of operations. We would like people to be able to book appointments at anytime of the day but only during the available times, not only during their open times. Shown below is what is shows. How can I get this displayed without having the schedule available 24x7?

Please share your appointment booking configuration.
If it's set up correctly, it should display the available slots for upcoming dates.
