Hi Team,
I am trying to upload bulk assets in servicenow and its working as well. I have downloaded the hardware asset excel template(alm_hardware.xls) for asset import. But I dont see "Model","Model Category" in the column list of the downloaded template. Though I could upload bulk assets without these two fields (even if the fields are mandatory) but I need to show these fields anyway. How can I get template with these required fields so that I could upload bulk assets with proper relationship with Model.
Thanks
Manirul

But I dont see "Model","Model Category" in the column list of the downloaded template--Its because these columns were not present in the list view...add from gear box and then if you export you will get those columns too...

Hi Deepa,
As Mike suggested, I could download custom template with the following columns:-
But the issue is regarding the referential fields 'Model' and 'Model Category'. I am getting error message when trying to upload
As you can see the Models are present in the Hardware Models:-
I tried with using other existing models too not just the above two models, but I get the same error. There must be some other way to add these referential fields.
Thanks

Show us a screenshot of the model field map in your transform map.
