Good day,
I've recently been working with the CAB Workbench, and I experimented with a test series. I'm now looking to remove it completely, so I deleted the CAB Definitions in question. Upon deletion, I received a warning that deleting the CAB definition would also delete the one associated Schedule. I click ok to delete them, but the CAB Workbench still shows all of these meetings in force. I do not have the ability to delete them either as the option to do so is ghosted for me.
TL;DR - The CAB Schedule(s) associated with the deleted CAB Definition was also supposed to delete, but did not, leaving me with "ghost meetings".
Solved! Go to Solution.

You will need the "sn_change_cab.cab_manager" role to delete CAB meetings without an admin role.

Per a SN Engineer this is not OOB and a custom delete ACL for the cab_manager role is needed. Or of course admins can do it.
The CAB Manager OOB has the ability to cancel the meetings but not delete.
