I'm with a company that processes roughly 13k changes per month and we have seen an increase in our elevated risk category prompting a longer healthier CAB. The CAB workbench though is giving grief. We're starting to see records that were previously discussed in the meeting come back solely as a manual approver (or anyone really) hasn't approved the change in a timely manner.
Now, our FSC for elevated risk is fairly straight-forward with showing the risk, state, etc however we have a related table to dynamically show the approver as "me" and the approval state as requested. This option is not available in CAB workbench through the criteria selection. Anyone know of a work around?
