Can I create multiple process flows for Change table?

Hello,

We've recently had a request to modify the order of approvals/tasks in our emergency change request procedure.   Essentially an assessment task is moving from near the start to just before close.   Is it possible to have Cyber Risk Review #1 show up only on comprehensive changes and Cyber Risk Review #2 show up only on emergency changes?

The conditions seem to allow you to toggle when a stage is lit, but not whether it appears and I cannot find any obvious way to toggle which process flow is used other than by selecting the table it applies to.

Is there a simple answer i'm missing??

Thanks Amlan Pal, I was unable to figure out how to make multiple process flows per table and then choose which to show.   Instead, I found an app on ServiceNow Share   that allows you to show/not show individual stages/items in the process flow based on conditions.

Hi Scott,



Process flow is being attached to the form from Configure -> Form Layout. Now there is a scope of configuring the form as you wish in your required View. So for example, you can use Process Flow1 in Routine view and also can use Process Flow2 in the Emergency view.
