Hello Community,
I have a bunch of application request forms for 15+ applications used across the organization. Each application has its own catalogue item for people to submit.
Is there a way I can make a new catalogue item and when certain things are selected it can open ANOTHER catalogue item.
For Example, I would want a catalogue item that ask them what applications are they looking for? Have a drop down, and when they select "Application A" it will open the "Application A" catalogue item that's already created. I would want them to be able to multi select so that it'll just open the dedicated form for them to request access. I want a centralized one stop shop.

Sounds like an Order Guide will suite this need.

Hi @Andrew Meza,
You can try to create an order guide with all the catalog items, and show one or more items based on conditions.
Example:
You can create an order guide with the question "What system do you want to access?"(Oracle, SAP), and make a rule-based configuration to show a catalog item based on the choice.
You can see the functionality of this OOTB Order Guide "New Hire(6690750f4f7b4200086eeed18110c761)" on any PDI.

Hi @Andrew Meza
Either an order guide as others have suggested will suite your needs or you should/could correlate all the different catalog items into one - then you can also minimize the amount of catalog items you have.
