There is the guest account. But why would you want to do this? What is the rational?

There may be some licencing implications with this.
It would be physically possible but I would check with your account manager before you proceed.

Is it possible to do this with non-roled users? Our customers have helpdesk teams who want to login to the service portal, they want to use a generic 'NOC' account rather than each individual having their own login. By default will one person be kicked out if another person logs in with the same credentials?

They shouldn't be no. We have a NOC account that displays a service dashboard on our monitoring screens and our service desk team log into this account simultaneously almost every day.
