Can't see incident application in new Mobile Agent app in dev environment

I upgraded to New York and I was trying to test the new Now Agent mobile app so I can plan my production rollout of it for my ITSM agents. I believe I have installed all the plugins needed but the only thing I see in the mobile app is Service Catalog even though I read that the Incident app should be available out of the box. I can't seem to find a comprehensive document on how to get the baseline ITSM mobile functionality running on the new Agent app.

Right now I am only concerned with the agent App...

Update...

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.

I now get incidents, Approvals, and project status on the bottom menu bar instead on in the main window with Service Catalog... 

Does anyone know why this might be the case?  All the demos have it in the center below the header graphic...

That is an older configuration. Apps should now be appearing in the App Launcher at the bottom of the screen, where you are seeing Incidents and Project Status.
