Hi, all.
Regarding the Predictive Intelligence (PI) Similarity Solution, I was able to display the PI Similarity "Incident" recommendation on Agent Assisnt in SOW.
As a next step, I want to show more then one PI recommendations and add the filter to this PI recommendation (e.g. Filtering by "Service" or "Requestor"). Is there any way to achive this requirment?
If I change the Limit value and add the Filter Configurations of Agent Assist's Table Configuration, will it work?
If anyone knows how to customize, please let me know.

Hello @Marie Akahane,
-
1. Configure Now Assist context menu:This menu provides access to PI predictions and allows you to customize how they are displayed and used.
-
2. Create Now Assist context menu configurations:Define the specific PI solutions and recommendations that should be available within the SOW process.
-
3. Utilize Now Assist context menu for custom skill deployment:You can integrate custom skills into the Now Assist menu, which can be used to create more specific and tailored recommendations for SOW tasks.
-
4. Consider different tables:You can train your PI models on various tables, like Incident, Request, etc., to predict different aspects of the SOW, such as assignment groups or similar intent.
-
5. Test and monitor predictions:After creating and training your models, you can call the PI API to make predictions and gauge the performance of the solution, adjusting as needed.

Hello @Abbas_5
Thank you for the solution.
I understand that I need to customize the Now Assist context menu to meet my requirments.
It would be nice to have a manual or knowledge on how to customize the Now Assist context menu, but doesn't that exist?
Please let me know if you know anything about this.
Regards,
Marie Akahane
