Can we send notifications to Distributed list from ServiceNow? but those DL Mail was not there in servicenow..

Can we send notifications to Distributed list from ServiceNow? but those DL Mail was not there in servicenow..

In that DL we are having 30 people.. when the email got triggered to that DL then all the group members also needs to receive..

Note: I don't want to create Group and group members  in servicenow and add DL here..

Hi

ServiceNow just sends emails. If your DL is able to receive emails under a certain email address to forward that email to All DL members than you can go that way.
