Cancel Survey Instance

Can I cancel the survey instance? If so, please advise how. What's the setup steps?

By the way, I see some survey instance is cancelled, under which workflow, system cancel the survey instance.

Nope, there is no any OOTB UI Action for the survey instance.

You might have to define a custom one as per your need.
