Hi Guys,
I have a request to enable a user to approve Changes. This user only requires to approve the Changes as part of Change Action Board Group process and wont be doing any incident fulfillment.
Does this user needs to have a fulfiller License?
Cheers
Sandeep

@sandeep6 You can choose to use approver_user role for this purpose and not itil role. However, approver_user is a also a licensed role there is a fee associated with this role. Do not assign it to users without confirming your organization has the appropriate entitlement.

Hi @sandeep6 ,
If you are using CAB Workbench, and the user is only participating in approvals via CAB, they usually do not require a fulfiller license.
Also, a Business Stakeholder license can be used for their role in approving changes. You can check with your organization for exact entitlement.
