Change request values not copied when moved the standard changes form one instance to another

Hi,
I am trying to migrate some of the standard change templates from one instance to another. I took the xml export of the following tables and imported them into target instance:
std_change_record_producer
sc_category
sc_cat_item_category
in the first instance- the change request values are getting populated
but in the target instance, these values are not getting populated:
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

Hi @ShobharaniK
My experience has been that whenever a standard change template is needed, it should be created directly in Production because it has dependencies and requires approval. So, I recommend creating the template in Production and getting the necessary approval.
