Change schedule : open the change request in a new window

Hi All, I have a question about the change schedules, hope you can help me ! 🙂

When you launch a change schedule, you can edit the change request with the button 'Open record' but the form is opening in the same window. I look for a way to open the change request in a new window, because if not, the user looses his chosen time. I couldn't find a simple way to do this ; the CRTL-click does not work, neither the properties "glide.ui.clickthrough.popup". Is there something possible ?

Hello

Generally glide.ui.clickthrough.popup" should do the job. Just make sure the property is true

Also once do cache.do Logout and then login and check

I try again with this property but it doesn't work, it seems that this "record summary" doesn't work like the others, since for the caller of an incident, it works, I have the proposition to open the form in a new window ...
