Hello all,

Is the best place to prepare for the ITSM exam the documentation?

I've grasped a strong understanding of the baseline functionality and architecture of each domain but I am curious where I can go to better prepare for the Business Cases and Proven Practices questions. For example, from the blueprint:

Hi Patrick,

The best places are the official courses given by ServiceNow. The classes come with a paper course that cover everything you need for the exams.

This is the fastest, easiest, but also the most expensive learning path.

I'm an autodidact and I like to learn by myself, so I've always used alternative methods, and yes, the documentation site is a nice tool to learn. Playing with a Personal Developper Instance is also recommended. As an official ServiceNow Partner (and you possibly are if you target CIS) your best bet is to use the amazing learning material from the DELIVER Learning Path of the Partner Portal.

Hi Patrick , i hope its not to late but i also think that the documentation is the correct way to prepare yourself. All of the questions in the examples are based on the documentation. for the exmaple you gave the correct answer is B you can check the link https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-it-service-management/page/product/change-management/task... .

I find that studying for a certification from the documentation is a bit unorthodox. The previous CIS' manual was perfectly fit for the certification. Is there anything similar for CIS-ITSM?
