Close requested items when RITM is rejected in On Boarding Guide

Hi, I have an "On-Boarding Guide" in our instance that has multiple requests that can be ordered for a new hire. The problem I'm having is that when the main Active Directory request is rejected any other item ordered is not rejected, they still go through the approval processes. Any help would be great.

Hi @Bradley Bush 

 

Rest will go for approval or as per process because it is an Order guide, which means you collected different Catalog items at once place but each item has its own workflow attached.
