Colour of Actual Elapsed Percentage Field

Hi All

Can anybody tell me how the colour is assigned to the Actual Elapsed Percentage field on an SLA? I have been asked to change ours so it stays green up to 90%, get rid of the yellow altogether, then amber, then red once breached.

Hi Jenny,

I believe these are set by going to Reports>Administration>Chart Colors.

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it. However it was more a question of what job/script runs to prompt the colour to change. I've looked at the business rules and events, tried changing the workflow etc, and no matter what I do it always stays at green up to 50%, then goes yellow until 80%, then amber then red.

Do you know what runs to do this?

please go to 'Field Styles' and group by the 'Name' column. You will find different SLA color styles 'task_sla' grouped name. there you can change the percentage values or colors.
