Hi Everyone !
I have an issue on set up appointment booking for walk up experience through the service portal (/walkup).
I followed the information from documentation, but nothing appears on the portal for an employee.
Is anyone already configure that ?

Hello shanecarroll,
Did you face any problem with the timezone? When a user from different timezone (e.g. Paris) tries to book an appointment for another timezone (e.g. Hong kong), in which timezone the appointment slots are displayed and in which timezone the appointment is booked?
I am facing issues with timezone.

Hi,
I am currently having the same issue as the initial query by Didlier i.e. Appointment Booking does not appear on the Service Portal for Walkup Experience:
I also realise that for each Location, I will have to add an appointment config to make the "Schedule an appointment" tab to appear for that location.
Now while setting up an appointment config, I am at a loss to understand how to complete the two fields highlighted in the screen shot below:
I am not sure which Catalog Item to use (in case it is an existing OOB ) OR if a new one needs to be created, which table to use, field mapping, required information etc.
Any guidance on the above will be much appreciated.

Did you have any luck with this?
I have the same issue, both the "Catalog Item" and "User Contact" are blank and don't list anything when drilling down into the list.
I'm wondering if you need to create a specific type of record producer for that to appear?
