Create an Incident or HR Case from a Microsoft Teams call

Hi everyone!

 

I was wondering if it is possible to create an Incident from a Microsoft Teams call. For example you receive a call on Microsoft Teams from an mobile that belongs to a user in your system. Is it possible that when you answer that call in Microsoft Teams, it automatically creates an Incident or HR Case with the information from the calling user? (For example his name)?
