Create Related Lists in Knowledge Article: "KA attached to Incident" & "Incidents created from KA"

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a way, to create related lists within the Knowledge Article form, in order to have an overview of:
1) All Incidents, which have been attached to this specific Knowledge Article (by using the attachment function from Incident)
2) All Incidents, which have been created from this specific Knowledge Article (by using the ootb UI Action "Create Incident")
My Research in the community showed me that there might be an approach by using "Relationships" in the System Definition, but unfortunately I was not able to make it work. Does anyone from you have an idea, how to set up the Relationships in a proper way or any other suggestions?

Bump... trying to do the same thing except the other way around.
I was able to get the relationship to add to the related list, but my query isn't correct.
Added a company list field to kb article for internal customer drawings and design documents, want them to show up in incidents.
Just can't get my query right.
