Creating Database View joining Requested Item and variable (asset)

I have a task to create a database view to report on variables on the requested items. I have created the Database View below but it's not working. 

To provide more detail:

We would like to Report on the item called 'Advanced Replacement' and the pool stock items which are stored in a variable. 

The requested Item Variables (you can only report on the name but cannot dot walk to the serial numbers:

 

These are the dot walk option when I report on sc_req_item. 

Please can you help me configure the database view? Many thanks in advance!

@Natalia11  In sc_req_item table where clause keep empty no condition.
