Custom Flow chart for Demo

Hello All,

Is there a way to generate a Flow Chart right from a "Catalog Request for a Catalog Item" to "Purchase Order" to "Procurement" to "Asset Management" to "Assigning the Asset" to the Requested User?

I need this for a Demo, so wanted to see if I could have that with a built in functionality, then I could further customize it to the company's needs. Please guide what would be the best way to do it.

I am unclear on what you are asking here. Are you looking for something like a Visio diagram on what these processes can look like or some workflows you can leverage to get your processes going.

Yes, I am looking for something that could show the whole process Right from Catalog Request to getting the Asset Assigned.

If yes, can I also have it for specific Assets also, and then customize it?

A visio diagram or Workflow would definitely work. I am not sure yet how workflows are defined as I am pretty new into this area. My initial thought was workflows define business rules for Approvals.

I was going to create it manually but wanted to see if something is provided out of the box.

Hi Usman,

For a catalog item, the default way to show this kind of thing would be using stages. Do you just want that to look different?

There are also process flow formatters which show across the top of the form, but I think that would be a little more difficult for the catalog.
