Hi everyone,
Please what could make a custom table that's refenced be displaying sys_id? Basically, I created a custom table and referenced that table on one of our Catalog Items variable. So, each time I click on the magnifying glass on that variable to make a selection from the custom table, it's only displaying sys_id. Please I need help with this.
Thank you for your continuous supports.

It won't unless you add.
When you click on Reference icon I assume you get a pop-up with sys_ids.
Now, you need to click on the column header of pop-up & then Configure >> List Layout & the add required columns.

Hi Austine,
You can open the dictionary of table and make the display field as true for the field you want to display when you want to reference that particular table.

You need to add columns.
When you click on Reference icon you will find a pop-up. Right click the column header & add requierd columns.
Since, no column is added it defaults to only sys_id.
