Hello All,
Can we restrict ticket creation (as caller) notification sending to delegate of user..?
As checked we can control only four notification for delegates -
Approval
Assignment
CC Notifications
Meeting Invitation

Hi,
In the notification....itself...the record.
So you'd need to go to your System Notification > Notifications, find the record that you want to restrict. Follow steps above.
