Does anyone have experience integrating Dell KACE with ServiceNow? I'd like to import the KACE data on a regular basis for asset and change management.

I am not using a MID server, do I need the MID server for this application?

Servicenow is hosted on cloud and may be dellkace application is setup in you DMZ zone.Due to the firewall setting you may not be able to connect. And this is not a best practice to connect any 3rd party application(out of DMZ zone). This is why we setup the MIDServer which work as a mediator between servicenow and any other application. MIDserver helps to setup the communication between the servicenow and any other application. Please see wiki for more details
