Does anyone have any experience with disabling the @Mention functionality within their instance in the incident work notes or comments? Our understanding is that there isn't an out of the box way to do so but wanted to check with the community. We've considered simply disabling the notifications but the concern is that users will still use the functionality with the expectation that a notification will be sent out.
Any recommendations would be appreciated, thank you.
