Disable `Tours` menu on Header menubar - Service Portal

Hi all. I have created new header for service portal and added some menus.

here I have not added "tours" menu,its coming automatically. I don't understand from where its coming

Guys can anyone guide me?

Solution:

Guys I have disabled the "Tours" menu on header from "sys_properties" table. 

Just set value to 'false' for this  property "com.snc.guided_tours.sp.enable".

cheers man 😉 heh I have one doubt ,In a portals list I could see one green circle on some portals

whats the purpose of that circle? how can I get it to my portal?

Hi 

That Green circle says that it is your default active portal right now. Go in that record there is a checkbox called default. Untick it you'll see that color is gone.

Set this portal which is in green to default false and go in your portal and make it default. Green color will start showing up beside your portal name.
