Does anyone have an asset report to show duplicate CI's?

We have duplicate CI records that we need to purge from the system, but I'm not sure of how to build a report or script to identify these duplicates.   It seemed that there was a previous method in place for versions older than Fuji.

Syaharrudddin, do you have a policy in place for your agents to follow when they have to replace a hard drive or motherboard?   We have found similar situations like this.   We work with school districts and if a teacher needs a computer, the tech doesn't have time to reimage the computer with the proper info; they just take out the bad computer and put the new one in.   This in turn causes the data that comes into SN from the sccm integration process to produce the duplicate serial number.   I can't figure out a way around situations like this and really how to go about fixing it.   Any insights from your experience would be helpful.   Thanks!

ServiceNow Microsoft SCCM integration is actually very smart. Assets are identified via rules in Identifiers under CI Identification. We left ours out of the box. As long as the new asset info is updated properly e.g. name or serial numbers, it should update the correct asset rather than create duplicates. We usually handle the problem on a case by case basis since it's rare in our environment.
